The India Meteorological Department has issued thunderstorm forecast for five Telangana districts for Monday, May 11. | According to IMD’s latest bulletin, thunderstorms accompanied with lightning and gusty winds are very likely to occur at isolated places in Jayashankar Bhupalpally, Mulugu, Bhadradri Kothagudem, Khammam and Mahabubabad districts. Hyderabad and its surrounding areas are likely to see a partly cloudy sky for the next 24 hours. “Light rain or thundershowers accompanied with gusty winds are very likely in parts of the city towards evening or night. He participated in the 45th anniversary celebrations of The Art of Living in Bengaluru on Sunday (May 10, 2026) morning, before travelling to Hyderabad to lay the foundation stone, inaugurate and dedicate to the nation multiple development projects worth around ₹9,400 crore. He is also expected to address a public gathering during the Hyderabad visit.The Prime Minister will dedicate the Sindhu Hospital in Hyderabad, a cancer-focused multi-super speciality not-for-profit institution, to the nation. He will lay the foundation stone for the four-laning of National Highway-167 from Gudebellur to Mahabubnagar on the Hyderabad-Panaji Economic Corridor, at a project cost of over ₹3,175 crore. The stretch is expected to cut travel time by nearly an hour and a half.Mr. Modi will also lay the foundation stone for the Zaheerabad Industrial Area in Sangareddy district, being developed at a cost of over ₹2,350 crore across 3,245 acres under the Hyderabad-Nagpur Industrial Corridor of the National Industrial Corridor Development Programme.The Prime Minister will inaugurate the PM MITRA Park at Warangal, also known as the Kakatiya Mega Textile Park, developed at an estimated ₹1,700 crore. According to the official statement, it is India’s first fully functional PM MITRA Park.
