However, this video portrays another side of the police department.The video shows a traffic constable, identified as Anil of the Byatarayanapura Traffic Police Station, dressed in an orange raincoat, trying to help a physically challenged person cross the road. However, with the road flooded to knee level and water flowing swiftly, the person struggles to walk.
