JSP launches grassroots membership drive in Anantapur
JSP chief and Deputy Chief Minister K. Pawan Kalyan constituted the committee as part of his plans to build the party from the grassroots level.The party’s observer for Anantapur parliamentary constituency, Vemulapati Ajay Kumar, attended the meeting as the chief guest. Speaking on the occasion, he stated that any enthusiastic person wishing to work for JSP can submit their application.Along with Mr. Ajay Kumar, the 27 other committee members for the Anantapur parliamentary constituency, will play an active role in the process. “The committee’s primary objective is to collect applications from enthusiastic ‘Janasainiks’ and submit them to the central office,” he said, adding the party leadership, including Mr. Pawan Kalyan, will oversee the subsequent stages of the process.Applications regarding Anantapur and Singanamala constituencies will be accepted on June 30 at the Sree 7 Convention Hall in Anantapur, while applications for Rayadurgam and Kalyandurgam constituencies will be received on July 1 at Rayadurgam. A meeting for Guntakal and Uravakonda constituencies will be held at Guntakal on July 2 and 3 respectively, while applications will be accepted in Anantapur from those unable to attend on the scheduled dates. The process will conclude on July 4 at Tadipatri, where applications will be received from Janasainiks of Tadipatri constituency.Janasainiks and ‘Veera Mahilas’ (women cadres) who want to take Mr. Pawan Kalyan’s vision to the grassroots level may submit applications for positions in committees at the district, constituency, mandal, and village levels, as well as in affiliated committees, Mr. Ajay Kumar said.
