Trump says 11 jets downed during India-Pakistan hostilities last year

"Guess what, it could have been a lot more than that," Mr. Trump said.India launched Operation Sindoor on May 7 last year, targeting terrorist infrastructure in territories controlled by Pakistan in response to the Pahalgam terror attack.The strikes triggered four days of intense clashes that ended with an understanding on stopping the military actions on May 10.Since then, Mr. Trump has repeated his claim that the fighting ended following his intervention.
