Amrutanjan pays rental arrears on temple property
77 crore towards rental arrears from Amrutanjan, which had taken 14.910 ground of land on lease from the temple.The lease for the property on Luz Church Road began in 1901 for a period of 99 years. After the temple won a legal battle to fix fair rent, the arrears were handed over to P. Vijayakumar Reddy, chairman, board of trustees of the temple.A 10% of the amount was reduced as TDS by the company. Efforts will be taken to get the amount back, a release said.
