The US Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) has launched an investigation after a commercial passenger jet was allowed to take off while President Donald Trump's Marine One helicopter was approaching Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, an incident that appears to conflict with safety procedures introduced after last year's deadly midair collision.
