South African High Commission official visits Andhra University

Sedula Mashudubele Mamabolo, Counsellor (Bilateral Relations), South African High Commission, New Delhi, visited Andhra University on Friday to discuss educational opportunities for South African students and academic engagement between the university and South Africa. Mr. Mamabolo held discussions with Dean, International Affairs, S. A. Naidu, on opportunities for South African students to pursue higher education through the university’s online and distance education programmes. The discussions covered institutional linkages, student mobility and outreach to learners in South Africa. Mr. Mamabolo also interacted with South African students at the university to understand their academic experiences, opportunities and challenges. He later met Andhra University Registrar Rambabu, who welcomed and felicitated him. Mr. Douglas said the university was keen to strengthen international partnerships and expand opportunities for overseas learners.
